1. Description of Services
QuickVector provides client-side raster-to-vector graphic conversion tools tailored for crafters, hobbyists, small businesses, and makers utilizing craft cutters (Cricut, Silhouette), laser cutters (LightBurn, xTool, Glowforge), CNC machines, and embroidery software.
The service consists of two tiers:
- Free In-Browser Vectorizer: Allows users to convert raster images (PNG, JPG, WEBP) into clean, simplified single-layer SVG vector files directly in the browser at no cost, with anchor point reduction.
- Master Cutting Pack ($4.99 USD): A one-time purchase digital bundle providing multi-format, production-ready assets derived from your vectorization result.
2. The Paid Master Cutting Pack ($4.99)
When you purchase the Master Cutting Pack, you receive immediate digital access to a downloadable .zip package containing:
- Precision Multi-Layer SVG: Cut-ready, separated color/contour layers optimized for Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio.
- Standard CAD DXF File: Formatted in R12 polyline specification, ready for direct drag-and-drop into LightBurn, xTool Creative Space, and laser CAD software without node errors.
- 300 DPI Transparent PNG: Ultra-crisp high-resolution raster graphic for sublimation, DTF, and print-on-demand printing.
- Printable Outline PDF: Clean vector outlines for paper templates, scroll saws, and stencil cutting.
Pricing & Transparency: The Master Cutting Pack is billed as a one-time fee of $4.99 USD. There are no recurring subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no hidden maintenance fees.
Digital Delivery: Because all conversion happens locally in your browser, the bundle is compiled and delivered instantly to your device upon verified payment. You will also receive a payment confirmation receipt via email from our payment partner.
3. Commercial License & Usage Rights
Purchasing the Master Cutting Pack grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial license:
- ✓ Allowed: You may use the generated cut files (SVG, DXF, PNG, PDF) to create and sell unlimited physical end-products (such as apparel, signs, drinkware, laser engravings, decals, stickers, and home decor) on platforms including Etsy, Shopify, local craft fairs, and retail shops.
- ✗ Prohibited: You may NOT resell, repackage, distribute, sublicense, share, or offer for free the generated digital design files (SVG, DXF, PNG, PDF) as standalone digital stock graphics, digital bundles, or clip art downloads.
4. User Intellectual Property & Content Representation
You retain all ownership and copyright to the source images and designs you import into QuickVector. By using the tool, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to convert and reproduce the uploaded artwork, and that your use does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright.
5. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (Creem.io). Creem manages customer service inquiries, billing support, currency conversion, and applicable sales tax or VAT compliance. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by Creem's payment terms and conditions.
6. Refund and Satisfaction Policy
Due to the irrevocable and instant delivery nature of digital goods, sales are generally considered final once files have been generated.
Our 14-Day Guarantee: If the generated cut files fail to open, suffer from technical corruption, or produce irreparable cutting errors with standard cutting/laser software that our support cannot resolve, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days of your purchase. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for optimal vectorization fidelity and minimal node count, QuickVector does not guarantee that output files will meet every aesthetic standard without user adjustment. In no event shall QuickVector or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service or generated cutting files.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of QuickVector after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
