QuickVector ("we", "us", or "our") operates the web application located at https://quickvector.net. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data handling practices. 2. How Uploaded Images and Graphics Are Handled
Unlike traditional vectorization tools that send your artwork over the internet to remote cloud servers, QuickVector utilizes client-side web technologies (HTML5 Canvas, JavaScript, and WebAssembly).
- Zero Server Upload: When you select or drag-and-drop an image (PNG, JPG, WEBP) into QuickVector, all processing (color reduction, edge detection, path tracing, anchor point smoothing, SVG and DXF generation) takes place exclusively in your device's memory.
- No Server Storage or Logging: We do not store, copy, inspect, view, or retain your source images or generated vector files on any server. Once you close or reload your browser tab, the temporary local memory used by the application is cleared.
- No AI Training on User Content: We do not use your images, artwork, or cutting projects to train machine learning models or algorithms. Your creative property remains 100% yours and confidential.
3. Information We Collect
A. Aggregate Analytics: We use privacy-friendly web telemetry (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand general traffic trends (such as page views, referring websites, and device types). This tool does not track individual users across the web, does not use tracking cookies, and does not store IP addresses or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
B. Transaction and Payment Information: If you choose to purchase the optional $4.99 Master Cutting Pack, payments are handled directly by our Merchant of Record and payment gateway, Creem (Creem.io). During checkout, Creem collects standard payment information (such as email address and billing details) necessary to execute the transaction, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and financial regulations. QuickVector never sees, collects, or stores your credit card number, CVV, or banking details.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with reputable infrastructure providers to operate the service:

- Vercel: Provides global static edge hosting and serverless infrastructure for quickvector.net.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
QuickVector does not use advertising or third-party profiling cookies. We may use your browser's local storage solely to retain your application preferences (e.g., active slider settings) on your device for your convenience.
6. Data Security
Because your graphics and image data never leave your browser, your risk of data interception or server-side breach is effectively eliminated. Our website is delivered entirely over encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS).
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Since we do not maintain accounts or store uploaded images on servers, the only personal information we may hold is correspondence if you contact our support team.
